quick checkin helpful staff good shower
checkin was quick, and maryam at reception gave us maps and tips! our room on the 6th floor had a balcony, we could see jungfrau. the shower was really good.

the room was spacious i found usb chargers in the wall jack it was very convenient parking was affordable too

A REALLY solid stay
rooftop deck free shuttle early luggage storage room delivery
My stay included access to a rooftop observation deck. IT afforded fine vistas. The staff stored my luggage early. They then delivered it to the room upon check-in. A free shuttle service helped with transfers between stations. Reservations were required for the shuttle though.
the room lacked tea or coffee making facilities and I needed to request a kettle from reception.

this hotel benefits from a VERY good location. It offers convenient access to both stations by bus. The hotel stands right across Interlaken's Big Lawn. It is a great spot for watching paragliders.

the staff was helpful. the receptionist assisted in my luggage to the room when i checked in early. the staff was super attentive, and i would come again thanks to the overall experience.
